Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Olivia Benson. I’d like to be the warm, friendly face your borrowers see when they execute their loan documents. I am not your typical certified signing agent. I am also an attorney who can get your documents executed properly and efficiently at your chosen location. All documents can be fully explained and most of your borrowers’ questions can be addressed. Additionally, being bi-lingual (fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish) if necessary the closing can be held in your borrowers’ language.

If you would like a little extra reassurance, I am the right person to call. Mine is the only mobile closing service offering a Closing Certificate for your file. If there is ever any question about how your mobile closing was handled, the Certificate confirms the closing was done by a Florida Bar authorized attorney; that all documents were explained to the borrowers and all questions answered. That’s added reassurance!

I am extremely professional, yet I offer those who desire it a very down to earth approach. Closings are over fifty percent of what I do. So you are guaranteed attention to detail. This is not a large closing service or a mill; it is one on one personal service by a professional willing to be on the move.

You should know, I have over twenty years of business and legal experience in all aspects of financial transactions including real estate and commercial loans. Despite all of those years I have worked hard to carve-out a little niche that allows me to provide legal services, yet enjoy having in a people-friendly work experience. One other thing! As a loan officer I have taken loan applications, and approved and closed loans. As an attorney I’ve gone from preparing the documents all the way through to foreclosure. So I understand both the perspective of the lender and the borrower.

My hours are flexible and my rates are reasonable. I am available during regular business hours, plus evenings and weekends by appointment. Service is what I am all about and I will do my best to meet your mobile closing needs. This is a mobile closing service; I go where you need me to go to get the deal closed. “Have Seal, will travel!”

We cover all of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. But my office is located in the Western section of the rapidly growing City of Miramar, right on the boarder of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. This allows easy access to the cities of Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Hollywood, and Sunrise in Broward County; and to North Miami, Miami Gardens and Aventura in Miami-Dade County.

We’ll coordinate scheduling with you. I’ll meet with your borrower at the requested location, ensure the documents are explained, executed properly, notarized, and returned to you. The closing will not be assigned to a non-lawyer or farmed-out without your approval.

My office doesn’t take-on more than we can handle efficiently with the highest quality customer service. Since our office is small, personal service is what we are all about, and I intend to keep it that way.
